I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT 201376 Texas, MT5460 Florida) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC 69242 Texas) based in Denton Texas with 20+ years of professional counseling experience.

I am EMDR trained, CPT trained, CBT trained, and crisis trained with experience doing in-home family therapy (MST), crisis assessment and intervention (MHMR), coaching & support, and Military OneSource non-medical counseling for service members.

I view individuals and families as possessing innate strengths and endeavor to help my clients leverage their strengths to achieve their goals.

In practice, I use a fairly direct approach, leveraging tools from cognitive-behavioral, experiential, structural, and solution-focused models tailored to your individual needs. Sessions may include evidence-based practices and supportive psychotherapy strategies. Additionally, I may integrate, with informed consent, creative techniques and spiritual elements of self-exploration to foster a deeper understanding of yourself and facilitate personal growth. My goal is to create a therapeutic space uniquely suited to your needs.

In my downtime, I enjoy traveling with my family, playing boardgames, running, and hiking.
